First Chemicals is a business-to-business trading and sourcing company based in Andheri, Mumbai. We have operated in international chemical trade since 2000 — buying industrial chemicals, intermediates and construction materials from producers abroad and supplying them into manufacturing supply chains in India and across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

We are a trading house, not a manufacturer. That distinction matters to buyers: it means our job is to find the right grade at the right price from a producer we have already vetted, and to carry the commercial and logistical work of getting it to a warehouse. Because we hold direct relationships with mills and plants in Russia, China, Japan, Indonesia and Europe rather than buying through intermediaries, grade consistency stays predictable across repeat orders.

Our catalogue spans two quite different worlds. On one side are bulk construction materials — fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag, sold by the thousand tonnes into cement and ready-mix concrete. On the other are specialty organic intermediates — naphthalene, neopentyl glycol, benzoic acid and phenol — sold into dyes, resins, coatings, food preservation and pharmaceutical synthesis. What connects them is the trade mechanics: verified sourcing, documented quality, and shipment coordination.
